Commercial Lighting – July 2026
Bayshore Landing Marina is a modern, full-service marina facility located off S Bayshore Drive, in the heart of Coconut Grove. It provides direct deep-water access to Biscayne Bay for tourists and boating enthusiasts.
It’s home to the famous waterfront restaurant Monty’s Raw Bar, alongside Starbucks and Sushi Maki.
This summer they called us back to update all their landscape lighting around the main entrances to the complex. Also the main sign lighting was antiquated. Miami Landscape Lighting Inc, updated the sign lights with sleek integrated LED flood lighting.

Abitare Townhomes – Coconut Grove, FL
Residential Community Townhomes – July 2026
Established in 1978, Abitare represents a highly exclusive, private gated enclave situated in the historic core of Southwest Coconut Grove. This low-density sanctuary comprises only 21 multi-level, rustic contemporary townhouses meticulously integrated into a lush coastal hardwood hammock directly bordering Biscayne Bay and the protected canopy of The Barnacle Historic State Park.
Miami Landscape Lighting, Inc. was approached by the Abitare homeowners association to provide a full LED landscape lighting design and installation throughout the landscape. We were delighted to illuminate such a unique area of Coconut Grove.

Best Stainless Steel Transformers
To help protect from corrosion in the Florida weather, the transformers are silicone wrapped. Their capacities range from 300-1500 watts and are a top quality option. The heat is easily controlled as they are multi-tapped, which is essential as the bulbs actually burn faster and the lighting fixture can even be damaged if the heat is too high. In order to keep the system cool, the amp loads are spread out across the transformer through multiple commons. A cooler transformer means a properly-working and longer-lasting lighting system.
