Bayshore Landing Marina is a modern, full-service marina facility located off S Bayshore Drive, in the heart of Coconut Grove. It provides direct deep-water access to Biscayne Bay for tourists and boating enthusiasts.
It’s home to the famous waterfront restaurant Monty’s Raw Bar, alongside Starbucks and Sushi Maki.
We were called in a few years ago to modernize all of their step lighting in front of the building to the latest LED light bar technology.
This summer they called us back to update all their landscape lighting around the main entrances to the complex. Also the main sign lighting was antiquated. Miami Landscape Lighting Inc, updated the sign lights with sleek integrated LED flood lighting. We installed solid black brass LED spotlights for the majestic royal palms, coconut palms, Sylvester palms, and cycad palms. We removed the low-quality, flimsy lights they had originally, which had all completely failed. Bayshore Landing Marina now feels confident the landscape lighting will work properly for years to come because of the warranty behind our products and labor.
